Please join us for an upcoming Polyvagal Theory workshop. It will be an introduction into Polyvagal theory where we will provide some Psychoeducation about the theory and be able to practice some exercises.

The next workshop will be scheduled for March 17th at 7:00pm EST. The costs of the workshop is $25.00 per person.
